Pre-Order Tracker — Employee Guide
Everything you need to know to manage and communicate pre-order statuses to customers using the ULTBIAS Pre-Order Tracker.
The ULTBIAS Pre-Order Tracker is a customer-facing tool that allows customers to check the current status and estimated delivery timeline of products they have pre-ordered. As an employee, you will use the Admin Dashboard to manage products, update their stages, and communicate important updates.
There are two main views:
🌐 Customer View
The public-facing page where customers browse and check the status of their pre-orders. Accessible to anyone.
🔐 Admin Dashboard
The internal management panel for adding products, updating stages, writing updates, and configuring messages. Requires admin login.
